Influence of G. lamblia infection on the transcriptional profile in intestinal and liver tissue [intestinal epithelial cells]

(Submitter supplied) G. lamblia is a fecal-oral transmitted human enteropathogenic protozoan with extremely high incidence in endemic areas in Africa and Asia particularly in the infant population. It homes to the proximal small intestine and induced diarrhea and malabsoption. Here we established a novel murine G. lamblia infection model and analyzed the tissue response and downstream microbial and metabolic effects in the host.

Agilent-048306 026655AsQuadruplicatesOn4x180K 048295 [Probe Name version]

(Submitter supplied) This Microarray represents a refined version of the Whole Mouse Genome Oligo Microarray 4x44K v2 (Design ID 026655, Agilent Technologies), called '026655AsQuadruplicatesOn180k' (design ID 048306) developed at the Research Core Unit Transcriptomics of Hannover Medical School. Microarray design was defined at Agilent's eArray portal using a 4x180K design format for mRNA expression as template. All non-control probes of design ID 026655 have been selected to be printed four times onto one 180K Microarray (on-chip quadruplicates). more...
