267B1, PC3M, LNCaP Methylation Profile vs. mRNA Expression Level

(Submitter supplied) Two prostate immortalized cell lines, 267B1, RWPE-1, Ml-csv40, and five prostate cancer cell lines, PC3, PC3M, PC3M-Pro4, PC3M-LN4 and LNCaP are included in this experiment. Human Promotor Array, v11

(Submitter supplied) Human promoter array. Human promoter sequences (1000bp upstream and 500bp downstream from transcription initiation site) were retrieved batch-wise from GoldenPath. PCR primers were selected using an improved version of Primer3 running in-house on a 24 node Linux cluster. Promoter fragments with an average length of 1.2 kb were amplified, purified and spotted onto UltraGAPS coated slides (Corning Incorporated, Corning, NY) in the presence of 50% DMSO. more...
