Inhibition of MYCN by a PNA anti-gene in alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma

(Submitter supplied) The objective was to identify the molecular mechanisms responsible for in vitro and in vivo efficacy of an anti-MYCN peptide nucleic acid on a preclinical model of alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma.
