An in situ method for identification of transcriptome-wide protein-RNA interactions in cells [isSTAMP]

(Submitter supplied) RNA-binding proteins (RBPs) play important roles in RNA metabolism including splicing, stability, localization, and translation. RBP-RNA interaction profiles are indicative of many diseases.
