Transcriptomic characterization of FLC-mutant engineered human hepatocyte organoids

(Submitter supplied) We engineered human hepatocyte organoids to study the effect of different fibrolamellar carcinoma mutations. To study the effects and differences between the different mutations, we performed bulk RNA-sequencing to understand the transcriptomic changes.
