Submitter rationale: ClinVar contains an entry for this variant (Variation ID: 963069). This variant has not been reported in the literature in individuals affected with SPAG1-related conditions. This variant is present in population databases (rs777302538, gnomAD 0.02%). This sequence change creates a premature translational stop signal (p.Asn909Thrfs*6) in the SPAG1 gene.
