This variant lies in the DCTN1 gene (transcript NM_004082.5) at coding-DNA position 260, where T is replaced by C; at the protein level this means replaces isoleucine at residue 87 with threonine — a missense variant. Submitter rationale: In summary, the available evidence is currently insufficient to determine the role of this variant in disease.
