Submitter rationale: This sequence change replaces glycine, which is neutral and non-polar, with serine, which is neutral and polar, at codon 62 of the JAK3 protein (p.Gly62Ser). This variant also falls at the last nucleotide of exon 2, which is part of the consensus splice site for this exon. The frequency data for this variant in the population databases is considered unreliable, as metrics indicate poor data quality at this position in the gnomAD database.
