Submitter rationale: This missense variant replaces glutamine with histidine at codon 192 of the TP53 protein. Computational prediction tools and conservation analyses are inconclusive regarding the impact of this variant on the protein function. Computational splicing tools suggest that this variant may not impact RNA splicing. IARC transactivation assays reported the variant protein to be functional (PMID 12826609).
