Submitter rationale: The c.1272G>C variant in MYOC is a missense variant predicted to cause substitution of Glutamine by Histidine at amino acid 424 (p.Gln424His). The highest minor allele frequency of this variant was in the European (non-Finnish) genetic ancestry group of gnomAD (v4.1.0) = 0.000005085 (6 alleles out of 1,180,038), which met the ≤ 0.0001 threshold set for PM2_Supporting in a genetic ancestry group of at least 10,000 alleles.
