Submitter rationale: This sequence change replaces serine with asparagine at codon 475 of the SLC2A1 protein (p.Ser475Asn). The serine residue is moderately conserved and there is a small physicochemical difference between serine and asparagine. This variant is present in population databases (rs770901544, ExAC 0.01%).
