NM_001277115.2(DNAH11):c.6190G>A (p.Asp2064Asn) was classified as Uncertain significance for Primary ciliary dyskinesia by Ambry Genetics, citing Ambry Variant Classification Scheme 2023: The p.D2064N variant (also known as c.6190G>A), located in coding exon 37 of the DNAH11 gene, results from a G to A substitution at nucleotide position 6190. The aspartic acid at codon 2064 is replaced by asparagine, an amino acid with highly similar properties. This amino acid position is conserved. In addition, this alteration is predicted to be tolerated by in silico analysis. Based on the available evidence, the clinical significance of this variant remains unclear.
