This frequency is not significantly higher than estimated for a pathogenic variant in DNAH11 causing Primary Ciliary Dyskinesia 7, allowing no conclusion about variant significance. c.1452T>G has been reported in the literature in at-least one individual affected with Primary ciliary dyskinesia (example: Guan_2021).
