Submitter rationale: This sequence change replaces tyrosine with asparagine at codon 240 of the MTMR2 protein (p.Tyr240Asn). The tyrosine residue is highly conserved and there is a large physicochemical difference between tyrosine and asparagine. This variant is not present in population databases (ExAC no frequency).
