Pathogenic — the classification assigned by Labcorp Genetics (formerly Invitae), Labcorp to NC_000003.12:g.(?_142485130)_(142493321_?)del, citing Invitae Variant Classification Sherloc (09022015): For these reasons, this variant has been classified as Pathogenic. Loss-of-function variants in ATR are known to be pathogenic (PMID: 21228398, 23144622). This variant has not been reported in the literature in individuals with ATR-related conditions. This variant is an out-of-frame deletion of the genomic region encompassing exons 35-36 of the ATR gene. This is expected to create a premature translational stop signal and result in an absent or disrupted protein product.
