Submitter rationale: The c.4928_4931dupTGTC variant, located in coding exon 37 of the POLE gene, results from a duplication of TGTC at nucleotide position 4928, causing a translational frameshift with a predicted alternate stop codon (p.Q1645Vfs*50).
