Submitter rationale: The PKD1 p.Gly1521= variant was not identified in the literature nor was it identified in the ClinVar, GeneInsight-COGR, LOVD 3.0, or PKD1-LOVD databases. The variant was identified in dbSNP (ID: rs143843155) as â€šÃ„ÃºNAâ€šÃ„Ã¹, and the ADPKD Mutation Database (classified as likely neutral by Athena Diagnostics). The variant was identified in control databases in 146 of 275350 chromosomes at a frequency of 0.0005 increasing the likelihood this could be a low frequency benign variant (Genome Aggregation Database Feb 27, 2017).
