Submitter rationale: Variant summary: LAMA2 c.4850A>G (p.Gln1617Arg) results in a conservative amino acid change located in the Laminin alpha, domain I (IPR009254) of the encoded protein sequence. Three of four in-silico tools predict a benign effect of the variant on protein function. The variant allele was found at a frequency of 4e-06 in 250694 control chromosomes.
