TheÂ¬â€ aspartic acidÂ¬â€ residue is weakly conserved and there is a small physicochemical difference betweenÂ¬â€ aspartic acidÂ¬â€ andÂ¬â€ Â¬â€ glutamic acid. This variant is not present in population databases (ExAC no frequency). This variant has not been reported in the literature in individuals with RECQL4-related disease.
