Submitter rationale: This sequence change replaces serine with asparagine at codon 2025 of the LRBA protein (p.Ser2025Asn). The serine residue is weakly conserved and there is a small physicochemical difference between serine and asparagine. This variant is present in population databases (rs753014789, ExAC 0.003%). This variant has not been reported in the literature in individuals with LRBA-related disease.
