NM_001184.4(ATR):c.3152G>A (p.Arg1051His) was classified as Uncertain significance for Inborn genetic diseases by Ambry Genetics, citing Ambry Variant Classification Scheme 2023: The p.R1051H variant (also known as c.3152G>A), located in coding exon 15 of the ATR gene, results from a G to A substitution at nucleotide position 3152. The arginine at codon 1051 is replaced by histidine, an amino acid with highly similar properties. This amino acid position is conserved. In addition, this alteration is predicted to be tolerated by in silico analysis. Since supporting evidence is limited at this time, the clinical significance of this alteration remains unclear.
