Pathogenic for Intellectual disability, mild; Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder; Chromosome 2p16.3 deletion syndrome — the classification assigned by Geisinger Autism and Developmental Medicine Institute, Geisinger Health System to Single allele, citing ACMG CNV Guidelines, 2011: This deletion was identified in a 5 year old male with mild intellectual disability, ADHD, mild phonological disorder, and disruptive behavior disorder. Parental testing was not completed. There is an extensive family history of substance abuse, psychiatric diagnoses, and learning disabilities. Two additional copy number variants were also identified in this patient, one likely pathogenic and one of uncertain significance.
