Uncertain significance — the classification assigned by Geisinger Autism and Developmental Medicine Institute, Geisinger Health System to Single allele, citing ACMG CNV Guidelines, 2011: This duplication was identified in a 12 year old male with ADHD, oppositional defiant disorder, and a history of language disorder, and was found to be paternally inherited. The patient's father was born with bilateral polydactyly and a congenital heart anomaly. This duplication includes 4 genes, none of which are currently associated with a known clinical syndrome. DECIPHER reports one individual with a small duplication within this region in an individual with hypotonia, intellectual disability/developmental delay, microcephaly, proportionate short stature, and strabismus. The clinical significance of three copies of these genes remains unclear at this time.
