NC_000007.14:g.(?_21683764)_(21683964_?)del was classified as Pathogenic for Primary ciliary dyskinesia by Labcorp Genetics (formerly Invitae), Labcorp, citing Invitae Variant Classification Sherloc (09022015): For these reasons, this variant has been classified as Pathogenic. Loss-of-function variants in DNAH11 are known to be pathogenic (PMID: 18022865, 20513915, 22184204). Deletion of exon 32 has not been reported in the literature in individuals with DNAH11-related disease. This variant is an out-of-frame deletion of the genomic region encompassing exon 32 of the DNAH11 gene. This is expected to create a premature translational stop signal and result in an absent or disrupted protein product.
