Uncertain significance for Primary ciliary dyskinesia — the classification assigned by Ambry Genetics to NM_001364171.2(ODAD1):c.1016A>G (p.Asn339Ser), citing Ambry Variant Classification Scheme 2023: The p.N302S variant (also known as c.905A>G), located in coding exon 8 of the CCDC114 gene, results from an A to G substitution at nucleotide position 905. The asparagine at codon 302 is replaced by serine, an amino acid with highly similar properties. This amino acid position is conserved. In addition, this alteration is predicted to be tolerated by in silico analysis. Based on the available evidence, the clinical significance of this variant remains unclear.
