Submitter rationale: The c.43181_43184delCTCT (p.P14394Rfs*2) alteration, located in exon 154 (coding exon 153) of the TTN gene, consists of a deletion of 4 nucleotides from position 43181 to 43184, causing a translational frameshift with a predicted alternate stop codon after 2 amino acids. This variant is expected to result in loss of function by premature protein truncation or nonsense-mediated mRNA decay.
