Uncertain significance for Cardiovascular phenotype — the classification assigned by Ambry Genetics to NM_002890.3(RASA1):c.218G>A (p.Gly73Glu), citing Ambry Variant Classification Scheme 2023: The p.G73E variant (also known as c.218G>A), located in coding exon 1 of the RASA1 gene, results from a G to A substitution at nucleotide position 218. The glycine at codon 73 is replaced by glutamic acid, an amino acid with similar properties. This amino acid position is conserved. In addition, this alteration is predicted to be tolerated by in silico analysis. Based on the available evidence, the clinical significance of this variant remains unclear.
