NM_006947.4(SRP72):c.1941G>C (p.Gln647His) was classified as Uncertain significance by Ambry Genetics, citing Ambry Variant Classification Scheme 2023: The p.Q647H variant (also known as c.1941G>C), located in coding exon 19 of the SRP72 gene, results from a G to C substitution at nucleotide position 1941. The glutamine at codon 647 is replaced by histidine, an amino acid with highly similar properties. This amino acid position is conserved. In addition, the in silico prediction for this alteration is inconclusive. Based on the available evidence, the clinical significance of this variant remains unclear.
