Submitter rationale: This sequence change replaces serine, which is neutral and polar, with isoleucine, which is neutral and non-polar, at codon 290 of the CBL protein (p.Ser290Ile). This variant also falls at the last nucleotide of exon 5, which is part of the consensus splice site for this exon. This variant is not present in population databases (gnomAD no frequency).
