Uncertain significance for Primary ciliary dyskinesia 19 — the classification assigned by Labcorp Genetics (formerly Invitae), Labcorp to NM_012472.6(DNAAF11):c.1084AGT[1] (p.Ser364del), citing Invitae Variant Classification Sherloc (09022015): In summary, this is a novel in-frame deletion with uncertain impact on protein function. It has been classified as a Variant of Uncertain Significance. Experimental studies and prediction algorithms are not available for this variant, and the functional significance of the deleted amino acid is currently unknown. This variant is not present in population databases (ExAC no frequency) and has not been reported in the literature in individuals with a LRRC6-related disease. This sequence change deletes 3 nucleotides from exon 10 of the LRRC6 mRNA (c.1087_1089delAGT). This leads to the deletion of 1 amino acid residue in the LRRC6 protein (p.Ser364del) but otherwise preserves the integrity of the reading frame.
