Submitter rationale: This sequence change is expected to alter the c-terminus of the SMAD6 protein (p.Tyr336Glyfs*202). While this is not anticipated to result in nonsense mediated decay, it is expected to disrupt the last 161 amino acid(s) of the SMAD6 protein and extend the protein by 40 additional amino acid residues.
