Submitter rationale: This sequence change replaces glycine, which is neutral and non-polar, with serine, which is neutral and polar, at codon 1133 of the COL4A4 protein (p.Gly1133Ser). This variant also falls at the last nucleotide of exon 36, which is part of the consensus splice site for this exon. This variant is not present in population databases (gnomAD no frequency). This variant has not been reported in the literature in individuals affected with COL4A4-related conditions.
