Submitter rationale: This sequence change replaces arginine, which is basic and polar, with lysine, which is basic and polar, at codon 125 of the TPM1 protein (p.Arg125Lys). This variant also falls at the last nucleotide of exon 3, which is part of the consensus splice site for this exon. This variant is not present in population databases (gnomAD no frequency). This variant has not been reported in the literature in individuals affected with TPM1-related conditions.
