Uncertain significance for Primary ciliary dyskinesia — the classification assigned by Ambry Genetics to NM_018076.5(ODAD2):c.1951C>T (p.Pro651Ser), citing Ambry Variant Classification Scheme 2023: The p.P651S variant (also known as c.1951C>T), located in coding exon 12 of the ARMC4 gene, results from a C to T substitution at nucleotide position 1951. The proline at codon 651 is replaced by serine, an amino acid with similar properties. This amino acid position is conserved. In addition, this alteration is predicted to be deleterious by in silico analysis. Based on the available evidence, the clinical significance of this variant remains unclear.
