Uncertain significance for Inborn genetic diseases — the classification assigned by Ambry Genetics to NM_032638.5(GATA2):c.76C>G (p.His26Asp), citing Ambry Variant Classification Scheme 2023: The p.H26D variant (also known as c.76C>G), located in coding exon 1 of the GATA2 gene, results from a C to G substitution at nucleotide position 76. The histidine at codon 26 is replaced by aspartic acid, an amino acid with similar properties. This amino acid position is conserved. In addition, this alteration is predicted to be deleterious by in silico analysis. Based on the available evidence, the clinical significance of this variant remains unclear.
