Single allele was classified as Uncertain significance for Cardiovascular phenotype by Ambry Genetics, citing Ambry Variant Classification Scheme 2023: The p.R2113G variant (also known as c.6337A>G), located in coding exon 2 of the ZNF469 gene, results from an A to G substitution at nucleotide position 6337. The arginine at codon 2113 is replaced by glycine, an amino acid with dissimilar properties. This amino acid position is conserved. In addition, this alteration is predicted to be tolerated by in silico analysis. Based on the available evidence, the clinical significance of this variant remains unclear.
