Uncertain significance for Primary ciliary dyskinesia — the classification assigned by Ambry Genetics to NM_001277115.2(DNAH11):c.5068C>A (p.Gln1690Lys), citing Ambry Variant Classification Scheme 2023: The p.Q1690K variant (also known as c.5068C>A), located in coding exon 29 of the DNAH11 gene, results from a C to A substitution at nucleotide position 5068. The glutamine at codon 1690 is replaced by lysine, an amino acid with similar properties. This amino acid position is conserved. In addition, this alteration is predicted to be tolerated by in silico analysis. Since supporting evidence is limited at this time, the clinical significance of this alteration remains unclear.
