NM_033343.4(LHX4):c.784C>T (p.Gln262Ter) was classified as Likely pathogenic by GeneDx, citing GeneDx Variant Classification (06012015): The Q262X variant in the LHX4 gene has not been reported previously as a pathogenic variant nor as a benign variant, to our knowledge. This variant is predicted to cause loss of normal protein function through protein truncation. The Q262X variant is not observed in large population cohorts (Lek et al., 2016). We interpret Q262X as a likely pathogenic variant.
