Submitter rationale: LSR:c.353G>C is a missense variant, resulting in amino acid change from Cysteine to Serine and this might cause a change in protein structure. This variant is absent in gnomAD. On segregation analysis in our case, the same variant has been found in parents in the heterozygous state and in the sibling in homozygous state. Also, the sibling has the same clinical presentation as that of the proband. These data indicate that the variant is likely to be associated with the disease. Hence, the classification is Likely pathogenic.
