Pathogenic — the classification assigned by GeneDx to NM_000455.5(STK11):c.904C>T (p.Gln302Ter), citing GeneDx Variant Classification (06012015): The Q302X nonsense variant in the STK11 gene has been previously reported in at least two families with Peutz-Jeghers syndrome (Wang et al., 2011; Wang et al., 2014). This variant is predicted to cause loss of normal protein function either through protein truncation or nonsense-mediated mRNA decay. Based on currently available evidence, we consider Q302X to be pathogenic.
