Pathogenic for Microcephaly; Intellectual disability; Developmental delay; FOXG1 disorder — the classification assigned by Institute of Cellular and Molecular Medicine, Copenhagen University to t(2;14)(q36.1;q12): The total number of MPS read pairs passing the alignment score were 43,101,205. A cluster of 34 BP-spanning reads identified the translocation breakpoints to 2q36.1:224,764,222-224,765,719 and 14q12:29263288-29263828. The breakpoint on chr2 truncates WDFY1 and the breakpoint on chr14 is located only 27kb downstream of FOXG1 truncating a noncoding RNA.
