Uncertain significance — the classification assigned by Ambry Genetics to NM_130384.3(ATRIP):c.82C>A (p.His28Asn), citing Ambry Variant Classification Scheme 2023: The p.H28N variant (also known as c.82C>A), located in coding exon 1 of the ATRIP gene, results from a C to A substitution at nucleotide position 82. The histidine at codon 28 is replaced by asparagine, an amino acid with similar properties. This amino acid position is conserved. In addition, this alteration is predicted to be tolerated by in silico analysis. Based on the available evidence, the clinical significance of this variant remains unclear.
