NM_001148.6(ANK2):c.10737C>A (p.His3579Gln) was classified as Uncertain significance for Cardiovascular phenotype by Ambry Genetics, citing Ambry Variant Classification Scheme 2023: The p.H3579Q variant (also known as c.10737C>A), located in coding exon 39 of the ANK2 gene, results from a C to A substitution at nucleotide position 10737. The histidine at codon 3579 is replaced by glutamine, an amino acid with highly similar properties. This amino acid position is conserved. In addition, this alteration is predicted to be deleterious by in silico analysis. Based on the available evidence, the clinical significance of this variant remains unclear.
