NM_000384.3(APOB):c.7209G>T (p.Lys2403Asn) was classified as Uncertain significance for Cardiovascular phenotype by Ambry Genetics, citing Ambry Variant Classification Scheme 2023: The p.K2403N variant (also known as c.7209G>T), located in coding exon 26 of the APOB gene, results from a G to T substitution at nucleotide position 7209. The lysine at codon 2403 is replaced by asparagine, an amino acid with similar properties. This amino acid position is conserved. In addition, this alteration is predicted to be tolerated by in silico analysis. Based on the available evidence, the clinical significance of this variant remains unclear.
