Uncertain significance for Cardiovascular phenotype — the classification assigned by Ambry Genetics to NM_021167.5(GATAD1):c.314C>T (p.Ala105Val), citing Ambry Variant Classification Scheme 2023: The p.A105V variant (also known as c.314C>T), located in coding exon 2 of the GATAD1 gene, results from a C to T substitution at nucleotide position 314. The alanine at codon 105 is replaced by valine, an amino acid with similar properties. This amino acid position is conserved. In addition, the in silico prediction for this alteration is inconclusive. Based on the available evidence, the clinical significance of this variant remains unclear.
