Single allele was classified as Pathogenic for Chromosome 13q33-q34 deletion syndrome by Kasturba Medical College, Manipal, Kasturba Medical College, Manipal, Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Manipal, India, citing ACMG/ClinGen CNV Guidelines, 2019: Chromosomal microarray analysis revealed a 12.726 Mb heterozygous deletion at cytoband 13q33.1q34 in proband, encompassing the region associated with 13q33-q34 deletion syndrome (MIM #619148). Individuals with 13q33-q34 deletion syndrome present with developmental delay, intellectual disability, facial dysmorphism, cardiovascular anomalies, genitourinary malformations and other systemic abnormalities (Sagi-Dain et al., 2019). The clinical features observed in proband are in concordance with 13q33-q34 deletion syndrome.
