Uncertain significance for Primary ciliary dyskinesia — the classification assigned by Ambry Genetics to NM_001256715.2(DNAAF3):c.913A>T (p.Thr305Ser), citing Ambry Variant Classification Scheme 2023: The p.T373S variant (also known as c.1117A>T) is located in coding exon 9 of the DNAAF3 gene. The threonine at codon 373 is replaced by serine, an amino acid with similar properties. This change occurs in the first base pair of coding exon 9. This amino acid position is conserved. In addition, this alteration is predicted to be tolerated by in silico analysis. Based on the available evidence, the clinical significance of this variant remains unclear.
