NM_004006.3(DMD):c.9350A>T (p.Lys3117Met) was classified as Uncertain significance for Cardiovascular phenotype by Ambry Genetics, citing Ambry Variant Classification Scheme 2023: The p.K3117M variant (also known as c.9350A>T), located in coding exon 64 of the DMD gene, results from an A to T substitution at nucleotide position 9350. The lysine at codon 3117 is replaced by methionine, an amino acid with similar properties. This amino acid position is highly conserved in available vertebrate species. In addition, this alteration is predicted to be deleterious by in silico analysis. Based on the available evidence, the clinical significance of this variant remains unclear.
