Submitter rationale: Variant summary: ERF c.193C>T (p.Arg65Trp) results in a non-conservative amino acid change in the encoded protein sequence. Four of five in-silico tools predict a damaging effect of the variant on protein function. The variant was absent in 251388 control chromosomes (gnomAD). c.193C>T has been reported in the literature as a de novo occurrence in an individual affected with an ERF-Related Disorder (Maron_2023).
