Pathogenic for Primary ciliary dyskinesia 19 — the classification assigned by Labcorp Genetics (formerly Invitae), Labcorp to NM_012472.6(DNAAF11):c.224T>G (p.Leu75Ter), citing Invitae Variant Classification Sherloc (09022015): This sequence change creates a premature translational stop signal (p.Leu75*) in the LRRC6 gene. It is expected to result in an absent or disrupted protein product. Loss-of-function variants in LRRC6 are known to be pathogenic (PMID: 23122589). This variant is not present in population databases (gnomAD no frequency). This variant has not been reported in the literature in individuals affected with LRRC6-related conditions. For these reasons, this variant has been classified as Pathogenic.
